Ball VS Ball is the ATYS 3 Roblox experience built around aim-locked ball duels: draw three Balls, pick one, drag an aim trajectory, and the two Balls bounce around a walled arena firing abilities automatically until one runs out of HP.

Game Overview

Ball VS Ball puts two players (or two pairs in 2v2) into a walled arena and resolves the round automatically after both sides lock in their ball and aim. Each player draws three random Balls from their own unlock inventory, picks one, then drags an aim trajectory before the timer ends, and the two Balls bounce around the arena firing their unique abilities until one runs out of HP. The first player to drop three hearts loses the match.

Modes — 1v1 and 2v2

Two queue formats share the same round rules and ball pool:

  • 1v1 — solo queue onto a 1v1 platform in the lobby; standard ranked practice.
  • 2v2 — partner queue where the same three-ball draw and aim phase apply to each side; team HP is the sum of the partners' hearts.

Both modes use the same four-step round flow, the same Ball roster, and the same coin reward structure, so strategy transfers directly between them.

Round Flow in Four Steps

Every match resolves through the same loop, regardless of mode:

  1. Queue and enter the arena from the lobby.
  2. Choose Your Ball in a 30-second window; you get three random Balls from your inventory and a paid reroll if the draw is bad.
  3. Adjust Your Aim in a second 30-second window; drag to set your launch trajectory, then click Lock Aim to commit.
  4. Auto-battle resolves the round automatically and the loser drops a heart.

Reroll Mechanic

The in-battle reroll is the main way to improve a bad draw during the 30-second Choose Your Ball phase. The exact Gems cost and the per-round cap are not published in any official source, so read the current cost in the in-game menu before spending, and treat this wiki's coverage as a placeholder rather than a fixed rate.

Coins and the Shop Unlock Loop

Coins are the bridge between matches and your Ball roster. The path is simple and consistent:

  1. Win matches to earn Coins (100 for a win, 20 for a loss).
  2. Spend daily quest rewards and the gift button's hourly coin drops on top of match coins.
  3. Roll the Basic Ball Gacha and, after unlocking it, the Advanced Ball Gacha pools to widen your owned Ball inventory.
  4. Re-enter matches with a larger pool so the three-ball draw is more likely to include a strong pick.
